We also work for important advertising agencies, which we regularly advise both on contract drafting (advertising, spreading, and creating and sponsorship contracts) and on the defense of their IP rights.
We work together with museums and other private and public entities and have advised both on the acquisition and loan of major art collections, and on the organization of expositions, cultural events and collaborative activities between entities.

We have advised in connection with mergers conspicous and demergers, and in connection with the acquisition of companies, businesses, branches of activity and assets, particularly in the entertainment sector.

We have broad experience in the amendment of by-laws, secretary of corporate bodies and conflicts regarding shareholders and director’s obligations and liabilities and challenging corporate resolutions.

Trademark, Patent and Competition Law
We have advised in numerous judicial procedures involving trade mark claims, trade mark annulment interdiction of use, renowned trade marks protection, defence of EU models, etc., for local and international clients within the European Union.
We regularly advise our clients in all sorts of matters related to the acquisition, assignment, protection and infringement of trade marks and patent rights.
We have advised in numerous judicial and extrajudicial controversies concerning infringement of laws on unfair competition (confusion practices, unlawful appropriation of third party entrepreneurial effort, imitation, etc) and antitrust law (restriction of competition, advice on restrictive horizontal and vertical agreements).
Commercial Contracts
We have advised on the negotiation of all types of commercial contracts. In particular, we regularly draft and negotiate agency, concession, franchise, distribution, license, services and outsourcing contracts.
Data protection and new technologies
We regularly advise clients on compliance with data protection regulations, particularly regarding personal data, and the creation and registration of data indexes, and preparation of security documents.
We also have experience in matters relating to new technology regulations, information society, e-commerce and protection of intellectual property rights on software and other Internet related creations. We advise major Internet service providers in the defence of their rights in this area.
Public procurement
We have broad experience in public procurement matters. We regularly advise private entities subject to public procurement law in connection with their public contracting activity.

Litigation and arbitration
We have broad experience in both civil and commercial proceedings, in particular in matters relating to copyrights and privacy and label matters.

In general, we provide advice and assistance at every stage of the controversy on examination or inspection procedures, including tax disputes or procedures before Tax Public Authorities, Administrative and Contentious-Administrative Courts.
