We are a team of lawyers specializing in corporate and intellectual property law. Our firm was founded in 1996 by Pedro Alemán Laín with the aim of offering rigorous legal advice in those areas. Since then, lawyers with a vocation in those areas have gradually joined the firm to build a solid team.

At present, we work for industrial, distribution and consulting companies in different branches of activity. We also work for relevant persons and entities in the areas of art, entertainment, the non-profit sector, advertising and consultancy, as well as foundations and cultural, educational and welfare associations.
