We have broad experience in both civil and commercial proceedings, in particular in matters relating to copyrights and reputation management.

We also have extensive experience in arbitration. Pedro Alemán is arbitrator at the Arbitration Courts of Madrid’s Chamber of Commerce and Madrid’s Bar Association, at the Civil and Mercantile Court of Arbitration (CIMA), at the European Association of Arbitration in Law and Equity (AEADE) and at the Spanish Arbitration Court. He is also arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Centre of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).
