Non-profit corporations We have broad experience serving the non-profit sector. We represent numerous foundations, both in the private and public sector. We have collaborated in the establishment of major non-profit corporations and advise on the management of their day-to-day affairs, on their relations with the governmental supervisory agencies and on the development of their activities. We regularly provide advise for governmental non-profit corporations on public contracting and other entities subject to Spanish and European Community legislation, in connection with public procurement.
