We have broad experience in the third sector. We are attorneys for numerous foundations, both in the private and the public sector. We have collaborated in the formation of major foundations for different purposes and we advise many of them in the management of their day-to-day affairs, in their relations with the Protectorate of Foundations and in the development of their activities. We have also set up associations that we advise in matters of development cooperation.

We regularly advise foundations of the public sector and other entities which are subject to Spanish and European Community legislation in public contracting, in their tenders for public works, services, supplies and concessions. We have drafted internal regulations for the fulfilment of the laws applicable to contractual matters.
